The Nblrs running group are running in the memory of GRYFF MORGAN who is no longer is with us.

We set off from St Dogmeals Cardigan 7am and run 40 miles on the off beaten tracks and bridleways on 12th December finishing in Amroth (hopefully 10 hours later)

We aim to raise £2000 in aid for MIND PEMBROKESHIRE LTD and every donation will help some one in need.
