My name is Stephanie and this March, I’ll be running the Tokyo Marathon — not just for myself, but for the Girls Gotta Run Foundation (GGRF), an organization that empowers girls in Ethiopia through running and education.
Running has given me so much — strength, purpose, and a sense of freedom. It’s where I’ve found resilience and confidence, mile after mile. Supporting GGRF feels deeply meaningful because it gives girls the same opportunity — to run toward their dreams, stay in school, and create their own path forward.
