Running Chester 10k for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd

Hello! I’m Lauren.

For those who don’t know I’m a community nurse in Chester. I am taking on a huge challenge for myself and to raise much needed funds for our local hospice!

The hospice provides much needed care and support for our patients and their families who are palliative and in the last days of their life. The amazing doctors and nurses are a pivotal source of support and a lot of their funding relies on donations. So no matter how much you can give big or small it would be greatly appreciated to keep this vital service running and ensure our patients and the wider community can have the dignified death and emotional support they so greatly deserve.
