Hi everyone!

This year, I’ve taken on the exciting challenge of training for the Brighton Marathon 2026 — all to raise vital funds and awareness for Bowel Cancer UK.

I’ll be fitting in my training around full-time work as a doctor in Brighton, and I’m motivated every day by someone close to me who has faced their bowel cancer diagnosis and treatment with incredible strength and resilience.

Their journey has inspired me to do my part and support the amazing work that Bowel Cancer UK does.

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. They fund life-saving research, campaign for earlier diagnosis, and offer vital support to patients and families.

Worryingly, the number of younger adults being diagnosed with bowel cancer is on the rise — but with more awareness, earlier detection, and ongoing research, we can change that.

This cause means a lot to me personally, and I’m proud to run 26.2 miles to help make a difference. I would be grateful for your support! Every little bit helps—whether it’s a donation, sharing this message, or just a kind word.
