Hi everyone,

This Saturday I’m running a half marathon in Gozo, and I’ve decided at short notice to turn it into a fundraiser for Blue Weimaraner Rescue & Rehoming UK

This small rescue organisation does incredible work rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming Weimaraners who often come from very difficult backgrounds. They rely heavily on donations to continue caring for the dogs they take in.

I’m hoping to use this run as a way to support their work and raise a small amount to help with ongoing rehabilitation costs, food, and care for the dogs.

All funds raised will be transferred in full to Blue Weimaraner Rescue & Rehoming UK after the race, and I will post confirmation.

Any donation, no matter how small, would mean a lot and go directly towards helping dogs get a second chance.

As usual I am completely unprepared for this run but will look forward to beautiful views, a bit of sunshine and a cocktail ( and probably a sleep!) on the beach after.
