On November 7th, I'm running 33 miles across Orange County and eating a Taco Bell item at nine separate stops along the way. Nine items. Eleven hour limit. Antacids are banned — that's a real rule. Every wrapper gets counted at the finish, and if one is missing, I'm out.

I'm doing it for Movember, because I believe every man deserves the chance to live a full, healthy life. Too many men suffer in silence, and far too many lives are lost to suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. I want to be part of changing that — challenging norms, supporting research, and building a world where men feel safe to seek help and can actually get care.

I'm running for friends and family, and for anyone who's faced these things alone. Movember funds lifesaving research, mental health programmes and early detection work that makes a real difference. When we come together, we can shift behaviours and systems so men get support earlier and more often.

Here's the honest part: men won't turn up to talk about their health. They'll absolutely turn up to do something idiotic with their mates. That's what this is — the conversation, disguised as nine burritos.
