As many of you know, I’ve been a proud member of this amazing team for the past 12 years. The Suir Dragon Paddlers are made up of breast cancer survivors who come together through dragon boat paddling to support each other, stay active, and raise awareness.

For me personally, being part of this team has been life-changing; helping me both mentally and physically since my own breast cancer diagnosis.

We are now working hard to fundraise for an international breast cancer competition in France in 2026, where we’ll proudly represent our community and raise awareness on a global stage.

To support this, I’ve set myself a personal challenge:

This October, I will be running 50 miles through mountain and nature trails.
