Running 120km in 24hrs

Hi, my names Josh and I’m going to be taking on a pretty big challenge in support of St Peter’s hospice.

My grandmother passed away in late October 2023 and unfortunately due to a huge lack of resources within the NHS that meant that she didn’t receive any of the end of life care that she so very much deserved. That ultimately meant that her end of life care was left to be taken care of by my mum, myself and my family, which if any of you have ever been in a similar situation is difficult beyond words.

So in honour of my Nan and in an effort to try and create some positive change from what was an extremely painful situation, I’m going to run 120km in 24hrs this October to hopefully prevent another family from experiencing the same pain and struggle we faced.

If you’d be willing to show your support it would mean a great deal to my family and me, I’m fully aware of how hard things are for people financially at the moment so if your unable to donate but would be willing to share my go fund me link that would mean so much to my family and me.

Thanks so much for reading.
