Hi!

As some of you may know reading this I was involved in a serious traffic collision April 2023, just two days after my nephew was born.

To say our family was thrown from one end of emotions to the other is an understatement!

I was given life saving treatment at the roadside before being air lifted to Southmead Hospital by the amazing air ambulance team, where I continued to receive around the clock care.

We are just over 2 years from the incident and with all the help and support I have received from the professionals I have made a phenomenal recovery. Everyday has it’s highs and lows but I am determined to keep on pushing!

I have set myself the challenge to run Gloucester 10k in March 2026! I will be raising money for the air ambulance charity, these amazing people saved my life and I will be forever grateful!
