Help Me Raise Vital Funds For Families In Gaza In Crisis

I am running an ultra of 101 kilometers of the Kerry Way on September 5th/6th in aid of Palestine.

The route will take me through the mountains, climbing more than 2,500metres. Starting at 9pm, the first portion of the race will be through the night.

I am taking part in this event to raise money for the people of Palestine who are surviving on almost nothing. Watching these events unfold live on our TVs is heart-breaking. Like many others out there, I feel completely helpless but hope that the money raised through this effort might help some of those in need.

I will be covering all of my own costs for this event. Every cent donated will go to charities dedicated to bringing food to the people of Gaza who are now facing famine.

I will be sending any money raised to World Central Kitchen and the UN World Food Programme.

My goal is to raise €10,100... €100 for every km run.

In Gaza, thousands of people, including children, already traumatised by relentless airstrikes and forced to live in makeshift tents, are now facing famine.

With clean water scarce and disease rampant, many injured and vulnerable people are now struggling to survive without food.

The situation is dire. Nearly the entire population of Gaza is enduring unimaginable hardship, with more than 500,000 people on the brink of famine. Children have already begun to die from malnutrition and for those still clinging to life, the clock is ticking.

The crisis is now worse than ever. Every euro matters. Whether you donate €5 or €500, you’re not just backing a runner, you’re standing in solidarity with a people who desperately need your voice, your heart, and your action.
