Hello! My classmates and I at the University of Northern Iowa are excited to host a “Fun Run” event to raise money for a cause that means so much to our community. The event is on April 22nd from 4-6 pm. Every dollar we collect will go directly toward UNI’s Dance Marathon organization, supporting their mission to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.

The University of Northern Iowa Dance Marathon is dedicated to providing hope, comfort, and support to families with children facing life-threatening illnesses. Through fundraising efforts and community events, they proudly support Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital, helping ensure that kids receive the care they need regardless of their circumstances. These hospitals rely heavily on donations to fund critical treatments, life-saving equipment, and essential family support services.

Our Fun Run is more than just a race, it’s an opportunity to come together as a community, raise awareness, and show our support for these incredible kids and their families. Whether you’re running, walking, or donating, you are making a direct impact and helping bring hope to those who need it most.
