Hi, I’m Damian, and in April 2026 I’ll be running the Brighton Marathon — my one and only marathon — to raise money for the National Autistic Society.
I’ve chosen this cause because it’s close to my heart. Autism affects around 1 in 100 people, and for me, it’s also personal. My daughter Sofia is my inspiration, and running for her, and for everyone living with autism, makes this challenge truly meaningful.
Running has been a big part of my life. It’s helped me through some of my toughest times, and now I want to use it for something bigger than myself. This marathon will be the hardest thing I’ve ever taken on, but every mile will be worth it knowing I’m helping to raise awareness and support for autistic people and their families.
I’ll be training hard over the next year, sharing updates on my progress, and wearing a specially designed shirt with the National Autistic Society logo and a blue heart — a symbol of hope, respect, and awareness.
My fundraising target is £1,000. This will give me a focused five months (from October 2025 to April 2026) to raise as much as I can — through social media, work fundraising, and the generosity of friends, family, and anyone who wants to support the cause.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, means a lot. If you’re not able to donate, just sharing this page would be a huge help.
