My name is Paul Jackowski, and running has always been a huge part of my life. I have completed multiple marathons over the years and stay active in the fitness community by coaching CrossFit and previously coaching F45. When I am not training or coaching, you can usually find me spending time with my German Shepherd, Bourbon, who fully supports my marathon training… as long as he does not have to run with me.
Helping people push past limits, build confidence, and realize what they are capable of is something I am deeply passionate about — both inside and outside of the gym. I truly believe growth happens when people are supported, encouraged, and given the right tools to succeed.
I am proud to be running the Boston Marathon in support of the Garcia Foundation , whose mission is to empower underserved youth and communities through movement, education, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Their work focuses on breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for long-term physical, mental, and professional growth — values that strongly align with my own.
Your support helps the Garcia Foundation continue providing life-changing opportunities for youth and communities who deserve access to the same resources that help all of us grow and succeed. Thank you for being part of this journey with me and helping make a meaningful impact.
