Hey friends.

As some of you might have heard my dad has been in heart failure for the past few months. This week he had a heart attack and coded three times. We lost him for about 40 minutes. He then went into a coma.

I have had lots of people asking for updates. As of now, he is awake and has had his breathing tube removed. It is going to be a long road to recovery.

I am raising money for my dad’s medical expenses. In January I will be running the Bandera 50k Trail Race. This is a race my dad did every year when I was little (except he’s insane so he did the 100k race).

I have started a GoFundMe.

All proceeds will go to my dad and his wife to cover all of the medical bills to come from an extensive ICU stay etc.. ANYTHING helps.
