I'm Mistura Oyebanji, your Tralee Social Democrats candidate for the 2024 Local Election.

I am Irish-Nigerian and currently work in the field of customer service.

My commitment to community service is deeply ingrained, having volunteered with organisations such as SERVE, SVP Tralee, and presently as a local government officer at MYCP (Migration, Youth and Children Platform).

I joined the Social Democrats because I wanted to stop wishing for change and help start making change.

I stand for:

• Affordable housing for Tralee

• Urban Renewal, by investing in public services and amenities, including our local court and future public spaces

• Reducing dereliction, let’s make dereliction the exception not the status quo in our community.

My vision for Tralee involves addressing these challenges head-on, championing affordable housing, promoting urban renewal, and shaping a more progressive future. I am confident that with your support, we can create a better future for Tralee together. I humbly ask for your vote and support. To reach every voter in the Tralee Local Electoral Area, I am going to need your help.

- €10 will help me pay for an ad on social media

- €50 will help me pay for five election posters

- €100 will help me buy 2,000 leaflets

Donations can only be accepted from residents of the Republic of Ireland or Irish citizens abroad. I cannot accept donations over €1,000 from one person and cannot take an anonymous donation of over €100. I may have to contact you after your donation to confirm the details.
