My name is Yassin, a Somali content creator from London using extreme physical challenges to raise awareness and support for the people suffering in Sudan.
Just one week after completing the London Marathon — while still running through a knee injury — I’ll be taking on the Southampton Marathon on Sunday 3rd May for Sudan.
And in June 2026, I’ll be pushing myself even further with a 200KM run from London to Birmingham for Sudan.
I’ve always believed that pain is temporary, but purpose lasts forever.
The exhaustion, injuries, sleepless nights, and suffering that come with these challenges are nothing compared to the reality millions of innocent people in Sudan are facing every single day.
Families have lost their homes.
Children are growing up surrounded by fear and uncertainty.
People are struggling for food, safety, and medical care while much of the world continues to move on.
As someone with a platform, I couldn’t sit back and do nothing.
So I decided to use my body, my pain, and every mile I run to try and make a real difference for people who genuinely need help.
Every donation from this fundraiser will go towards verified Sudan relief efforts helping provide emergency aid, food, medical support, and assistance for families affected by the crisis.
Every share matters.
Every donation matters.
Every mile is for Sudan.
Thank you to everyone supporting this journey.
