Run for Happy days

More information about Happy Days Children's Charity: Every year, Happy Days Children's Charity supports over 20,000 children in the UK living with mental, physical and emotional challenges with special days such as trips to the seaside, theatres, zoos, museums, outdoor activity centres, sporting events and other educational and cultural activities. We're a vital support to children with additional needs, helping them get out, make new friends, develop skills and build confidence in the face of adversity. Together we're making a difference, one day at a time.

This year I will be running multiple events including Newcastle 10k, Sunderland 10k, Great North 10k and the Great North Run 2025 in aid of this amazing charity Happy Days!
