As some of you may know, my brother Mark's partner Dina Ryan sadly died in May from cancer. She was an incredible person.

In her memory, a bunch of us are running the Galway Bay 8k in August. So I thought it would be fitting to try and raise some money for the wonderful people at the Irish Hospice Foundation.
