Run for Conor

My name is Gavin Hattie.  

My friends and workmates Adam, Joe and Colm are running the Clonakilty 10k for Temple Street Children’s Hospital in honour of my 6 month old son Conor who, in August, was diagnosed with a terminal Brain Disease called Krabbe disease.

On the day I write this we are hoping to bring Conor home, it also marks 10 weeks since we were admitted to Temple Street. If it wasn’t for the wonderful care and compassion that our whole family has received from all of the staff in Temple Street and in particular St.Patricks Ward I don’t think we would have made it to this point.

Please support the lads on their run, no matter how small the amount it will go directly to the services that need it desperately.

So folks, we want to help our colleague and friend. We plan on running the Clonakilty 10K on the 30th November 2019. We want to raise as much money as we can so that Gavin and Sheena can donate this money to their chosen charity.

As Gavin says, every little bit will go along way.
