The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation Inc is a "non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to increasing civic engagement and voter participation in Black and underserved communities. The National Coalition strives to create an enlightened community by engaging people in all aspects of public life through service/volunteerism, advocacy, leadership development and voting" as stated on their website.
With the stakes of the upcoming election looming, we hoped to donate to an organization that could increase the amount of voting turnout to help citizens utlilyze their full constitutional rights.
We plan to donate this money in memory of Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd.
