Hello All!

I'm Neal, a marathon runner based in Washington DC. In March 2026, I will have a chance to complete a lifelong dream and run the Tokyo Marathon. I have applied to this marathon for several years and am thrilled I have a chance to run it next year while supporting a great charity: Peace Wanko Japan, managed by Peace Winds Japan.

Peace Wanko Japan is a non-profit focused on supporting no-kill shelters throughout Japan. As a lifelong animal lover who previously supported the ASPCA in the 2012 New York City Marathon, I am glad to support their mission.

I have completed 10 marathons dating back to 2010 and have been attempting to complete the seven World Marathon Majors since 2014. I have completed four majors to date: New York, Chicago (3 times!), Berlin, and Boston.
