Run for a Cause: Support Door County Humane

This Spring, I’ll be running the Door County Half Marathon to raise money for the Door County Humane Society! I chose this charity because of my time as a foster and adopter of two of my best friends, Mikhail and Sophia. Nine years ago, I rescued Sophia (cat) at 2 months old from the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Center, and over a year ago, I rescued Mikhail (cat), a spunky 2-year-old from the Chicago Animal Control Center.

Organizations such as the Door County Humane Society require copious resources to provide care and a new lease on life to countless lives in Wisconsin.

My goal is to raise between $250 and $1,500 for them to help with the resources needed to continue the work they do, selflessly, day in and day out.
