Run for Mum
Donation protected
As some of you may know I lost my mum last year to a short and unexpected battle with cancer. She was the best mum I could ever ask for and my hero. She passed on her love and passion for all things to do with sport onto me and I can never thank her enough for that. Our goal was to get mum home for the last few weeks we had together to enjoy each other's company and so she could enjoy her garden. This was achieved but not without help.
I will be running the Norfolk coastal marathon on Saturday 25th September to raise funds for two key charities:
Fairford league of friends
Sue Ryder Leckhampton court hospice.
The nurses that helped us look after mum in the last few weeks and the staff in Cheltenham at the hospice that cared for mum in her final few days were incredible. I will always be grateful to these amazing people.
Please donate as much or little as you can to support these brilliant charities that rely on such donations to function.
If you donate, please leave a motivational song choice in the comments so I can add it to my playlist to give me that boost in those last few miles.
Many thanks,
Bryn
