I have been living my life as most people do with little mishaps that usually come and go until now. Two weeks ago I received a call that no one is ready for. I was informed that my son has lung cancer, a week later the doctors said he was in stage 4.
My son Jeremy is 45 years old and has been healthy all of his life, he has been a gracious, loving and helpful son, a wonderful father of 2 children, 22 year old Taylor and 18 year old Olivia, and a loving husband to his wife Ruthie. I don't understand how this has happened, but I know that God has a plan for Jeremy.

Jeremy was just baptized Sunday 7/26/2020 and wants to live. He will fight hard to win this challenge. He wants to experience his children getting married, having grandchildren along with all the rest that comes with a long life.
The doctors have said that the cancer is in his bones and lymph nodes as well as his lungs. He has a tumor over his heart that is reducing the blood flow in and out of his heart. This is their first concern. He was immediately was put on Chemo -therapy along with Immunotherapy.
Jeremy has spent over 20 years laying wood flooring but can't work because of the damage the cancer has done to his body
As we are just at the beginning stage of this ordeal I know that Jeremy and Ruthie don't have any savings. They have lived month to month as most people I know. They are very concerned that they will lose their house that they were just able to buy in January.
Also the cost of medicine, hospital and medical bills will soon be pouring in. I love my son and can help in any way I can but I can't touch the mounting bills that will need to be paid.
Anything you can give whether it is 1 dollar or 10 dollars, it will be very much appreciated. Helping him in this way will give him more power to fight this fight
instead of worrying about his family and what will happen to them.
