Hi all, it’s me again! It seems I can’t go too long before a challenge and a chance to represent a good cause .

Some will know, but not many, my brother Harry was diagnosed with Crohn’s in the last year. I didn’t know much about it, nor did Harry. Like a lot of people, you don’t notice the signs or it almost becomes a running joke and ‘typical’.

After seeing how it affects Harry and the daily challenges and things you need to think about before going anywhere. ‘Is there going to be a toilet nearby?’ ‘Is my hotel close to where we are eating?’ ‘Will my body react to this?’ ‘Shall I take toilet roll just in case?’

I’m running 60 miles in September. I’m hoping to raise money and awareness of this. Crohn’s and Colitis UK are campaigning for quicker diagnoses, less wait time and most importantly change.
