Hi, I’m Hak and I’m representing my gym CHANGE and every single one of the community involved with us.

Not too long ago, I was made aware that one of our members Sam, had received some terrifying news. He has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin Lymphoma. A few weeks on and Sam has started his Chemotherapy treatment and the fight is on!!!

Sam was the secret weapon to our amazing facility… he did EVERY single bit of joinery work that was done, and is a massive reason why the gym looks like it does! He is a self employment tradesman and our community would love to help him through this time!

As a gym and a community, we will run 5km every hour, on the hour, for 24 hours!! A total of 120km in 24hrs!!
