4 Miles, every 4 hours in a 48 hour period.

Firstly thankyou for taking the time to support me, the charities below and reading this story.
Aim
The aim of this is to raise money for the charities below, inform people of my own mental health battles hopefully helping others along the way, what it can be like for people with cancer or those around them and finally showing that even in hard times we can pull through.
I am a soldier in the British Army who has served just under 10 years so far, this job has allowed me to push myself beyond what I ever imagined was possible and constantly brings new challenges daily.
With that in mind I am going to do 4 Miles every 4 hours over a 48hour period, if that isn't enough, I will doing this carrying 20Kg in addition to my body weight.
This Cancer is a rare version, however it is increasingly on the rise. The problem with this type of cancer is very rarely do they manage to catch it before Stage 4 (Not long left to live).
My Dad was diagnosed with cancer in April 2018.
My Dad sadly passed away on 20th July 2018, but whilst battling cancer he served his local community as a town councillor, Mayor, was a District councillor and a Yeomen of the Queen's Body Guard.

Background
In 2018 my life was tipped upside down in a way that I never thought could affect me. My Dad of 54 years old was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuro Endocrine Cancer. I literally felt like my spine had been ripped out on hearing this news. This Cancer is a rare version, however it is increasingly on the rise. The problem with this type of cancer is very rarely do they manage to catch it before Stage 4 (Not long left to live).
