Over the last few years I’ve found sanctuary in running to help with my MH now I want to help an under funded area of the health service.

I’ve many friends and family including my son who have used the SENCO system and have seen first hand just how under funded this area of the health/education sector this is.

My aim is to run 1200km an average of 100km a month in 2025 to raise £600 for this charity Aim Higher.

if you can spare some money towards this amazing charity and help me on my way I’d be very grateful.

I’d also be very grateful for the company if you want to run a Km or 3 with me.

Im running the Yorkshire wildlife 10k in April, Beverley 10k in May and a 15k tough mudder in July 2025.

More information about Aim Higher: Empowering neurodiverse children, young people and their families across Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire. Providing neurodiversity support for children and young people between the ages 0-25. Promoting social inclusion among children and young adults with autism or mental health conditions and their parents/carers/families who are socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of their disabilities.
