I'm reaching out for your help with travel and household expenses. She also needs a new mattress for heavy individuals. We are currently waiting hoping her disability goes through which will provide all the extras she needs . Right now our income is less then 1000 a month .My daughter has several diagnoses including POTS syndrome and a rare genetic disease, the PHF6 gene disease, which primarily affects the brain. She has mobility issues and requires a walker. With constant doctor appointments and specialists, this has put a daily strain on us. Most of her appointments are 2 hours from home. She requires my assistance every day and it hurts my heart to think she would go without.i was recently diagnosed with cancer and am doing my best to provide for her .
