Ruislip abc

Hi everyone, on Friday 16th May we are doing a sponsored 5k walk/run around Ruislip lido in order to raise much needed funds for our local boxing club . The club is run voluntarily and is a fantastic place to learn the art of boxing, be healthy and disciplined open to all our youth in the area.

Please help if you can, every penny will go to purchasing much needed new equipment such as skipping ropes, head guards and gloves.
