Ruger has a 10cm tumor attached to his spleen. They want to do surgery to remove his spleen, biopsy it, and determine if its cancerous. He is the sweetest dog, anyone whose met him would agree. Any extra money raised that doesn't go towards him and his medical needs will be donated to another animal in need.
