This is a fund raiser for Michael's best friend, Rufus the dog. Due to recent health complications Rufus has to undergo surgical operations. While the original amount of funds quoted for said operation was $5,000, it has since grown to $15,000. They will not clear Rufus to leave until he receives a clean bill of health per policy.
