Rufus’ Hair Donation

My son Rufus has been growing his hair for 3 years to the day on the 25th of January 2023, he has a hair cut booked to have it all cut off and donated to The Little Princess Trust.

When he was 5 years old we were out walking a saw a young girl that didn’t have any hair, Rufus asked me why and I explained she was poorly and had lost her hair, that was the beginning of our Journey. At 5 years old my wonderful young boy wanted to do something to help her and other children like her, so he started growing his hair. He now has an impressive 54cms of hair ready to donate and be made into a wig.

The cost to fit the wig to a child is £150 and we’re hoping to raise that in addition to the hair donation.
