Rudy's Emergency Fund

Rudy Ruiz was diagnosed with gall stones on Father's Day and was admitted and scheduled for routine gall bladder surgery the following day. Two surgeries later, Rudy is still in the hospital with no release date in sight.

While Rudy's photo shows him scowling, believe me, it is all in fun.  Rudy is known for his kindness to others, his ability to never meet a stranger and his compassion.  Rudy is the first to offer help to others.  Now it is our turn to help him. 

Like thousands of Americans,  Rudy is unable to afford health insurance.  As a result, Rudy's family will be left with enormous expenses for his hospital stay, rehabilitation and recovery.
