Hey everyone who knows Rudy and any kind strangers who are here,

On Saturday afternoon, Rudy started having some labored breathing, and after a trip to urgent care they sent him to a 24 hour vet facility to run tests and figure out what's wrong. Currently it looks like he's having an issue with some edema building up in his lungs, and a cardiologist discovered a heart murmur that his previous vets didn't catch. He's being taken care of and monitored, and I'll update the info on this page when I learn more tomorrow morning about his condition. I hate having to ask for help, but his treatment bills are very high, and any kind of assistance would be appreciated more than I can put into words.

This dog has been through so much. I adopted him when he was skin and bones with a broken leg from getting run over by a car, and he has been living his best life after spending time as a stray. I'm hoping for the best, and that this dog gets to live out the rest of his life in comfort for as long as possible.
