Hi, my name is Willie and I am helping to raise much-needed funds for Rudy Darks. He is my friend, my brother, and is in need.

Rudy has been through some very hard times in the past few years. In 2020, with a couple of weeks left before being laid off from his position at an aerospace company due to business decisions, Rudy suffered a major stroke that left him physically and psychologically disabled for quite some time. He lost a significant amount of his memory and mobility.

Within a few months after suffering the stroke and after being laid off, Rudy lost residence in the apartment and was forced to live out of his car. During a slow progression of physical improvement and partially regaining a small part of his memory, he suffered the tragedy of losing his mother. His mother passed shortly after hearing of her older son, Rudy's brother suffering a heart attack that left his brother incapacitated.

This tragedy affected Rudy to the extent of further slowing his progress in recovery.

In approximately two years, Rudy slowly regain physical, emotional, and psychological improvements to the point where he was able to apply for and be hired for a position within the same aerospace company he had previously worked for. He was to start after this New Year's holiday.

Rudy suffered another stroke a few days before Christmas Eve. He has lost a considerable amount of use of his right side and has suffered another setback psychologically.

He is waiting for his doctor's full diagnosis but will need extensive physical and psychological therapy.

In addition to this Rudy will need financial help to maintain his car and other valuables. His family, a core group of individuals he worked with asks that you please donate whatever you can to help. Sad to say, he will not be able to fill the work position that he was so graciously offered.
