It is with a heavy heart and great humility that we reach out to the community for assistance. Last Monday, September 13th we suddenly lost a father, husband, brother, uncle, grandpa, and friend; Rudy Correa Sr.

As a true fighter at heart. Five years ago, he was a Liver Transplant recipient. This was a miracle that he was able to beat the odds and was able to go back and attend to what mattered most to him, family life. With his complex procedure, Rudy became immune comprised. In recent weeks, he became a victim to COVID-19. Like a warrior, he fought HARD. Again, he was on his way to a full recovery. Within two days of him being transported to a transitional hospital for Tracheotomy services he unexpectedly passed away.

He will be remembered for his ability to make others feel like they had someone there for them. Family was his #1 priority, he selflessly cared more about the ones he loved than himself and was determined to achieve his goals for the sake of his family and community.

We're devastated by this immeasurable loss but, also touched by all of your kind words and supportive actions. We are forever appreciative.

With this sudden tragedy, we are asking for donations to help off-set the costs of the funeral services, and to help provide future care for his wife.
