Rudra Desai's Eagle Project

Hello, my name is Rudra Desai and I am a Boy Scout part of Troop 606 of Irvine, CA. An Eagle Project is the largest step in achieving the rank of Eagle in Boy Scouts. For my Eagle Project, I am conducting a wagon project for CHOC Children's Hospital. This project includes assembling 10 wagons for children admitted to the hospital to provide fun transportation within the building instead of being confined to a wheelchair. These wagons will also be used to transport supplies and materials throughout the hospital. Furthermore, I am running a new book drive to donate to CHOC's gifting library. This library gives the children being treated as well as their siblings a new book every day they are in the hospital, giving accessible entertainment during these long, scary times at the hospital.
