Rudi (Roger) Mullins

Rudi (Roger) Mullins died unexpectedly in August while he and his husband, Julian, were in Mexico searching for their new retirement home. He was in the hospital there for months and unable to communicate or keep up with finances. Their house in Atlanta was under contract but could not be sold since Rudi was the only person on the deed and unavailable for the closing. Julian used all their available funds he could access to pay for Rudi’s medical care. Now, the house is in foreclosure and a group of friends is trying to help Julian get the estate and finances settled.

Julian needs funds now to stop the foreclosure so he can sell the house, access the equity and begin putting his life back together.

Julian has struggled with his own health issues after losing most of his eyesight several years ago during a severe shingles infection, which makes it even more difficult for him to manage these details in an already difficult time.
