On September 30, 2025, a magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck off the coast of Cebu Province, shaking the entire region and leaving behind destruction, loss of life, and hardship for thousands of families.

While our Ideal Tech Staffing team in Cebu City was safely evacuated from their building, many communities in Northern Cebu were not as fortunate. More than 69 people lost their lives, homes and churches were destroyed, and families are now living outdoors without food, clean water, or electricity.

In the wake of this disaster, our Cebu team has mobilized to help. Within just 48 hours, they raised over ₱85,000 PHP (about $1,500 USD)—enough to provide meals for nearly 400 families. On Sunday, October 5, our team will travel north to hand-deliver care packages filled with rice, bottled water, noodles, canned goods, biscuits, and other essential supplies. With a goal of reaching 750 families, this effort is ambitious but deeply needed.

We are turning to you for help. Every donation will go directly toward creating and distributing relief packages to those who need them most in Northern Cebu. Even the smallest contribution can help feed a family during this time of crisis.

Our Cebu colleagues have shown incredible resilience—returning to work just days after surviving the quake to continue serving patients. Now, they are extending that same spirit of service to their own communities. Together, we can stand with them and bring hope to families who have lost so much.
