Ruby's Quarantine bill

Ruby was a shelter pup who came from extreme abuse and neglect. She was on euthanasia list, when a shelter foster saw her card being folded, indicating she was going to be put to sleep that evening. So she saved her life by pulling her out of the shelter as a foster. However, her personal dogs did not accept Ruby and they attacked her.  Reluctant to take Ruby back to the shelter, she found a new foster for Ruby. However, at the new foster home, Ruby got into a fight with another dog, and the humans who were trying to separate the dogs, got in the middle of it. Since a quarantine is must even if it's a scratch, Ruby received a ticket from animal control and was asked to be sent to Barc for her quarantine. Ruby's current foster sought help from Save Some Souls as he was afraid that she would be put down at a shelter, due to her anxiety and past trauma. So Save Some Souls  arranged for Ruby to stay at our vet boarding. But after the quarantine period was over, our trainer advised Ruby to go to a home without other dogs, due to her fear around dogs. 
So Ruby stayed in boarding longer than anticipated
The cost of the quarantine and boarding added up for our rescue who was billed by our vet.
Ruby found a great foster and soon found a rescue who took her in. Today Ruby is enjoying her forever home with her doting parents and two human siblings. They have no other pets at home, which worked out great for her.
However we need help to pay off this big vet bill that we are left with.
