Here at Tiny Shelter, Albufeira we receive no government aid but try and help when we can. Poor Ruby was surrended to us,we didn't know she was sick.The owners did. We need to get a scan to see if we can help her. The cost is beyond our means. We are overwhelmed by people asking for help each day.Every cent helps us to help them.
