It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the sudden and unimaginable passing of Ruby Lee Underwood, taken from us far too soon at just 29 years old. Ruby was more than a daughter, sister, and friend. She was the heart and soul of our family. She was a devoted and loving mother to her two beautiful children, Sofia and Chris (CJ), who were her everything. Her world revolved around them, and everything she did was to give them love, joy, and a bright future.

Ruby's spirit was radiant—always smiling, laughing, and making everyone around her feel seen and cherished. As the youngest of four siblings, she was lovingly protected by her older brothers, who adored her beyond words. Ruby also found a second family in her biking community, where she built deep friendships and lasting memories.

Her sudden departure has left a space in our hearts that can never be filled. We are all struggling to come to terms with this painful loss, especially her children, who now face a world without their mother’s comforting embrace.

We are reaching out during this incredibly difficult time to ask for your support. All donations will go directly toward funeral costs, immediate needs, and most importantly, providing care and stability for Sofia and CJ as they begin to navigate life without their mom.
