We've all been there - emergency vet visit! And we all know while sitting in that waiting room worrying about our beloved pets that the bill is going to hurt. Unfortunately, this is one of those times for Dave.

 

Dave wrote on his Facebook, "Friday night at the vet. Ziggy ingested ~90 tablets of Rimadyl pain tablets. UPDATE: Both will be in the hospital for at least 48 hours. We assumed Ziggy ate them all, but Ruby is having the more obvious reaction (vomiting, blood in stool, etc.). Glad we have insurance for both of them. But half of $10K+ is still a lot."

 

Watching this unfold on Facebook I couldn't help but think how some people would like to help in some way with this costly vet bill.
