Rubicon's "Help Us Help Them"

At CrossFit Rubicon we have always been about inclusion rather than exclusion, about helping those in need.  For the past 6 years, all adaptive athletes, severely wounded veterans, single and multiple limb amputees, athletes with cerebral palsy, athletes with traumatic brain injury and Post Traumatic Stress, all train at our facility equally. Treated as Athletes first and always included in our communtity as equals. As it should be, everywhere, always.  Only with your support can we continue this work. We have hosted the Working Wounded Games™ for the past three years and love this short video from CrossFit™, Inc., that shows who we are and what we do better than words ever can.

Athletes of every level of athleticism and experience should have a place to call home, a place to grow and realize their personal best. We  have been working with Adaptive Athletes, severely wounded vets and permanently injured civilians, for the past six years nearly every day to help them realize their strengths and incredible abilities.

We need your help to help them!

These amazing athletes train in the same classes with soccer moms, executives, firefighters and college students. As it should be, all are welcome, all are included, none turned away.

Please help support our program to help these athletes grow and thrive in an environment that knows their needs well and strives every minute of every day to make their goals a reality.

Your support will help us keep the doors open as we grow, help us to maintain our programs for Adaptive Athletes, help our coaches to learn new science  to help in the most effective way possible, help us to reach more athletes that need our help and continue in our promise to together "do the right things, for the right people for all the right reasons."
