Sharing this is incredibly difficult, especially during the holidays, but our dear friend, sister, and coworker Teri Johnson needs our help.

Teri is someone who brings warmth, kindness, and light into every space she walks into. She is selfless, caring, and always the first to show up for others — which makes her recent oral cancer diagnosis even more heartbreaking.

In just a few short weeks, Teri’s world has turned upside down. She is preparing for surgery, in which part of her jaw will be removed and replaced with a bone from her leg, as well as ongoing cancer treatment, all while trying to navigate the financial weight of medical bills, copays, appointments, and time away from work. The suddenness of everything has made this journey overwhelming — emotionally, physically, and financially.

The funds we are hoping to raise will help support Teri through:

Her upcoming surgery

Months of cancer treatment

Copays, medications, and medical appointments

Living expenses during the time she is unable to work full-time

We are asking for support on Teri’s behalf because she would never ask for herself. More than anything, we want her to focus on healing and the long road ahead, not on financial stress. She deserves the same love and support she has poured into so many others.
