First off, I want to say that this isn't easy for me, because I'm not one to ask for help. However, I just don't know where else to turn. My parents just received a notice that they are delinquent on their mortgage payment and need to pay $1800 to avoid foreclosure. The thing is, both of my parents have been in and out of the hospital for various reasons over the course of the last year and neither can work because of their ailments. I have tried to help them as much as possible, but I recently suffered an injury and have not been able to work myself for the last two months.

My parents have always been there for me, and tears me apart inside to not be able to help. That's why I'm turning to all of you. I have spent my life serving others as a Marine and volunteer firefighter, and now I can't help the ones that it hold dearest to me. The money I raise will be used to pay my parent's delinquent debt off so that they can keep their home and continue to focus on their health. Any little bit helps, and I thank everyone in advance.
