A week ago my brother, Ben, broke his ankle and is now faced with surgery that will cost him $20,000. Usually in times of crisis, my family and I look inward for support, but this cost is outside our means and we are humbly seeking help.
Many of you know my brother, Ben. I know how much yall love him because anytime someone finds out I'm his sister, it's immediatlely followed with some story about how awesome he is/how cool he is/how loved he is. Ben IS all of those things. What you may not know is that Ben is fiercely loyal, wonderfully sensitive, and incredibly independent. He doesn't want to ask for help, but he needs it. He needs all of you to pitch in. So we ask you for him, to give anything you can to help Ben pay for this surgery.
