Autumn Marie Perry

Today we tragically lost our precious Autumn aka Boo Baby. She was admitted into the hospital on 12/25/2019 and being kept for surgery to have appendix removed today. Due to complications during the operation we lost a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a niece, a cousin & friend. At only 14 years old Autumn leaves behind a dedicated loving mother & step father a father & step mother and several brothers and sisters. Autumn was an 8th grader at Westside Middle School. She was a cheerleader full of life. She lived life to the fullest. This came upon us so unexpectedly and anything you can give will be more help than you can image.
