You may not be aware but we lost a great man in Sal Rasul on the 23rd of Feb he was a brilliant husband,father,grandfather and an excellent friend and work colleague.  He was only 59 when he passed and was diagnosed with cancer,  as a family we looked after him at home and then he decided to go into east lancs hospice.  They were amazing with him looked after him trying to manage his pain the best they could, even after he passed the after care for our family has been excellent.

As a family we are going to doing some fundraising for the hospice, I am kicking it off by braving the shave. My hair at the moment is just passed my shoulder blades and intend to shave this at the end March.  Please help to rise as much as possible for the hospice and their excellent staff
